February 1996

This is the first article written about our company when were just starting out. You may notice that our name was actually different at that time - VMR Collection. Soon after we changed it to what you know now, "Canine Couture Collection", as we felt it better described our products.

October 2003

We remember Mark and his dog Gilbert very well - including his skepticism about dog clothing and the boom in the pet industry in general. We hoped we played a small part in changing his mind.

Spring 2006

This article highlighted the new collars and leads which Suzanne designed to coordinate with both our Varsity Jackets (Pictured) and the Braxton Barn Coats. They are hand sewn by Up Country^® in their Rhode Island factory. Attention to detail and exceptional quality define this company. We are so lucky to have a longstanding and ongoing relationship with them.

Novemeber/December 2006

The Holiday Shopping Guide in this edition of Bethesda Magazine featured The Zhivago. We were so pleased to be included and thanked The Posh Pooch for bringing this coat to the attention of Karen Watkins.

April 2000

During the 2000 Spring Backer Trade Show, we were visited by Victoria MacKenzie-Childs and her Wirehaired Dachshund, 'Mr. Brown'. It was a pleasure meeting her. Her sense of design, joy and whimsy are evident in all of her creations.
